Keep a copy you control
Export a project archive, make an explicit full backup, or create an A4 PDF with one, two or four photos per page. Imported projects become separate copies.
Your workshop stays private
Photos and project data stay local unless you choose to export them. No account, backend, AI processing, ads or telemetry.

How can I remember where screws go during a repair?
Photograph each disassembly step and label the container holding its screws. In PartMemo you can record the container, quantity and a note alongside each photo.
Does PartMemo provide repair instructions?
No. It is a notebook for your own work, not a repair manual or an AI diagnosis tool. Use the manufacturer's instructions and suitable expertise for the equipment you are repairing.
Can I back up or share a project?
Yes. Export a project archive or PDF, or make an explicit full backup. Save it somewhere you control; PartMemo is not an automatic cloud-sync service.
